What we do
CrossFit Rancho Cordova (CFRC) provides a results driven strength and conditioning program that is suited for all levels of fitness. Our workouts are challenging and never boring, utilizing body control elements from gymnastics, weightlifting and cardiovascular training. Training at CFRC will develop a higher level of fitness, functional competency and increased work capacity. You will become stronger, leaner, faster, and more coordinated, improving proficiencies in all 10 domains of fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
How we do it
Classes are scheduled for a full hour, are based on CrossFit’s short high intensity format. All are instructor led and include a warm-up, skill review, workout of the day “WOD” and cool down. You will always receive individual coaching and attention regardless of class size. This ensures that you are proficient in the elements being performed and that the weight and load are adjusted according to your level of fitness.
How we train
CrossFit is the “Sport of Fitness”, so the training environment is focused and competitive, but at the same time positive and encouraging. We have CrossFit athletes from various backgrounds, everything from MMA, Military, Management and Tech, each finding common ground in the gym.
